Why is a deposit needed?
The deposit is the maximum unconditional liability of the client in case of damage to the car. In simple terms, it does not matter “you or you”, the deposit can be retained to compensate for damage.
In order to limit your liability in the event of an accident to the amount of the deposit and not pay for full repairs to the car, you must fulfill one simple but important condition – you must record the insurance case (call the police, rental company, insurance company). If the insurance case is not registered, the client bears full financial responsibility for the damaged car.
IMPORTANT! We recommend renting with full insurance.

The car broke down during rental, what to do and who pays for it?
This can theoretically happen to any car. We, in turn, try to minimize the likelihood of such an event by systematically reviewing and servicing our cars. The first thing you should do in such a situation is to let us know about what happened, and we will definitely actively solve this problem! If the trouble occurred within our reach, specialists will arrive on site and try to fix the problem as soon as possible. If the problem is not solved promptly on site, we will give you a working car and you will drive on until we repair the rented car and change it back. If you are in a place where we do not have employees, you visit the service station yourself. You need to ask the service station or store for a receipt and a certificate of completion of work – we will definitely compensate for the costs. The lessor pays for the repair of the vehicle in full. The lessor does not pay for repairs if the breakdown occurred due to the fault of the lessee, for example:
you hit a pothole while driving: all repairs in this situation are paid for by the lessee;
you filled up with bad fuel not at network gas stations or mixed up the type of fuel during refueling, and as a result, a breakdown occurred.
you cut a tire, bent a disk or got a bump, this also falls financially on the lessee;
After each return, the car undergoes a full technical diagnostics.
